Tailored Service Levels
SERVICE CALLS & LEASING (FLAT 5%) <10 units
This is ideal for investors who want to keep control of their accounting. This service level takes care of all the messy stuff, marketing, leasing, screening tenants, and services calls. We'll do the invoicing/communication as needed, and will follow-up should a tenant default, but all rents go directly to you. You handle the payment of any loans, HOA dues, taxes or insurance payments.
SERVICE CALLS, LEASING & ACCOUNTING (FLAT 12%) >10 units
This is ideal for investors who want to remain completely hands-off. This service level takes care of all the messy stuff, marketing, leasing, screening tenants, and services calls. We'll do the invoicing/communication as needed, and will follow-up should a tenant not pay. We'll also setup the Escrow and operating bank accounts require to hold security deposits and collect rents on your behalf. We will also ensure your home insurance, taxes and HOA dues are paid on time.
