Elliot Shoener

Elliot's real estate career began in 2004, grounded in a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. He spent his early years in the construction sector, overseeing the development of hundreds of homes across South Florida — building a hands-on foundation that would define his approach to the industry.

When the 2008 housing market collapsed, Elliot pivoted with purpose. He moved into sales, marketing, and business development, ascending to executive roles — including Vice President and President — at Fortune 500 companies, while also serving as an equity partner in a private lending startup. This breadth of experience sharpened his expertise in negotiation, lending, and high-level strategy across multiple industries.

Today, Elliot is the Broker-Owner of OneDoor Inc., a technology-driven real estate firm headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. He leads a team of seasoned agents and serves as the driving force behind the company's property management, mortgage, and insurance divisions. His rare combination of construction knowledge, lending expertise, and sales acumen positions him to deliver results for even the most discerning clients.

 

Beyond his brokerage, Elliot is an active real estate investor with a portfolio spanning more than 40 single-family and multifamily properties. Outside of work, he and his wife Claire — OneDoor's Co-Owner and Broker — love traveling the world with their three children, exploring heritage sites and immersing themselves in history and culture firsthand.
